Packages and memberships

Get paid before the work

Sell a block of visits or a monthly membership from your own page. The money arrives up front, visits come off as they're used, and renewals happen without you asking.

20 members×$35 a month=$700

That's in your account on the 1st, before you've done any of the work. Your diary decides how busy the month is. This decides how much of it is already paid for.

Two ways to be paid before the work

Packages

They buy a block of visits at once, at a better price than paying each time, and use them whenever suits them. You get the whole amount today.

  • Paid in full, today
  • Expires when you say, or never
  • Comes off their balance at booking

Memberships

They pay a set price each month for a set number of visits. Their card is charged on the same date every month, so you never have to ask.

  • Renews on its own
  • The allowance resets each month
  • They cancel from their own receipt

How it works once somebody has bought

They can see what they save

The card works out the price per visit and shows it next to the total, so nobody has to do the sum to see that buying ahead is cheaper.

Visits come off at the booking

When a member or a package holder books, one visit comes off their balance. There are no codes to remember and nothing to count by hand.

Unused visits don't carry over

Two visits a month means two. If they don't use them, they don't add to next month, so a membership never turns into a bill with no end to it.

Renewals you don't chase

The charge goes out on the date it's due. If a card fails you're told, and the membership stops instead of building up a debt.

See what it earns you

Your dashboard splits what came from appointments, packages and memberships, so you know whether it's working instead of guessing.

On your own page

Both sit on your booking page next to your services, under your own name. There's no marketplace, and nobody is shown a competitor.

Do packages suit your trade?

Yes, if

  • The same person comes back every few weeks
  • You sell a course of treatments rather than one appointment
  • You teach in terms or blocks of lessons
  • People buy a month of sessions at a time
  • You work on a repeat schedule, like grooming or cleaning

Probably not, if

  • You decide how many visits somebody needs, so they can't buy a number up front
  • People come to you once for advice and don't need to come back
  • A block of visits would mean somebody buying more than they need

If that's your line of work, skip this part. Everything else still fits, and you aren't missing anything by not selling ahead.

Referrals: your customers bring you new ones

Every customer gets their own link. If somebody new books with it and turns up, your customer earns a free visit. They earn nothing if the person books and doesn't come, so a no-show costs you nothing.

  • It only counts when the new person turns up, not when they book
  • The free visit comes from you, not a discount we pay for
  • You choose how many one person can earn
  • It comes off their next booking, like a package visit
  • Nobody can refer themselves, even from a second email address

Which plans include them

Packages are included from Studio up. Memberships come with Shop and Multi. Neither costs extra to switch on. On Studio the platform fee applies once, when your customer pays. On Shop and Multi there's no per-booking fee at all.

Who sells this way

Blocks of sessions and monthly plans are not a salon idea. Tutors, trainers, clinics and consultants all sell ahead, and all of them get paid before the work rather than chasing it after.

Money up front

Why selling ahead is worth it

One payment now, instead of ten payments you wait months to collect.

  • The money is in your bank on the day they buy, not spread across the months they visit.
  • Somebody who has paid for ten visits comes back for ten visits.
  • Memberships charge on the same date every month, so part of the month is paid before it starts.
  • Visits come off their balance when they book, so nobody counts anything by hand.
  • Your dashboard shows what came from appointments, packages and memberships separately.

What we won't do

We won’t sell your client list. We won’t show your customers a competitor. We won’t charge more because you got busier. And your data leaves with you if you go.

Start taking bookings, add this later

Packages come with Studio, memberships with Shop. Open your page first, see what your regulars book, then turn selling ahead on when you know what to charge.
