Features

Everything does

From the first booking to getting paid.

7 features

For your customers

Everything the person booking sees and does, from picking a time to paying for it.

  • Book in about two minutes

They choose what they want and a time that suits you both. No phone call, and no waiting for you to reply.

  • Nothing to download

No account and no app. They open your link, book, and pay.

  • A deposit holds the time

They pay a deposit by card. The money goes to your account and the time is held for them.

  • Tips, and we take none of it

They can add a tip when they pay. You keep all of it. We take no fee on tips.

  • A reminder before the visit

We email them before the appointment, so fewer people forget.

  • Reviews only from real customers

Only people who booked and paid can leave one. They do it in one tap after the visit.

  • A waiting list when you're full

If nothing is free, they can join a waiting list. When somebody cancels, we email everyone waiting at once, and the first to book gets the time. The email says so plainly.

8 features

Your diary

Your opening hours, your bookings, and the time you need between jobs.

  • Your whole day on one screen

Every booking and every team member in one place. It works on your phone.

  • Mark it done, or a no-show

Mark each appointment when it happens. Your totals stay correct.

  • Move a booking in two taps

Plans change. Move a booking to a new time without starting again.

  • One person, or a group

Book one person with one team member, or run a class and set how many can join.

  • A weekly class timetable

Set a class once and it runs every week. Your page shows the whole week, with the places left on each session.

  • Set your own hours

Set the times you're open, how long you need between jobs, and how much notice you want.

  • At your place or theirs

It works the same whether they come to you or you go to them.

  • Take a booking on the phone

Somebody rings, or walks up to the desk. Put the booking in yourself and we email them a Stripe secure payment link for the deposit, which you can also read out on the call. The time is held for 30 minutes while they pay, then it goes back if they don't.

6 features

Getting paid

Deposits, the rest of the money, tips and refunds. All of it goes to your own account.

  • Every booking takes a deposit

At least a quarter is paid up front by card. No deposit means no booking, so more people turn up.

  • Send a Stripe payment link for the rest

Send them a Stripe secure payment link for what is left. The money goes to your account, so there's no cash to count.

  • Refund all of it, or part of it

Send back the whole amount or part of it, and write down why. It takes a few taps.

  • They get a receipt straight away

They get a receipt by email as soon as they pay. You don't have to write one.

  • See exactly what you kept

See what you took, what we charged, the tips, and what is left for you.

  • A rough idea of next month

Your dashboard adds up what is already booked for next month and what memberships will charge. For the rest it shows a range based on your recent months.

6 features

Selling ahead

Money that comes in before the appointment, so a quiet month isn't a surprise.

  • They pay for visits up front

They pay for ten visits now and use them when they like. You get the money today.

  • Charged the same day each month

They pay a set price each month for a set number of visits. Their card is charged on the same day, so you never have to ask.

  • They can see what they save

The page shows the price per visit, so they can see that buying ahead is cheaper.

  • Visits come off on their own

When a member or a package holder books, one visit comes off what they have left. You don't have to count.

  • Unused visits don't carry over

Two visits a month means two. If they don't use them, they don't add to next month.

  • See what it's earning you

Your dashboard shows what came from appointments, what came from packages, and what came from memberships.

7 features

Getting regulars back

The people who came once and meant to come back, invited back without you remembering.

  • How often, set by you

Three weeks for one thing, six months for another, never for a one-off. You set it for each service.

  • It learns how often they come back

After a few visits we use the gaps they actually keep rather than the one you guessed. Somebody who comes every five weeks hears from you every five weeks.

  • Sent in your name

Your logo, your wording, and the service they had. It reads like you remembering them.

  • Never the same message twice

Anyone with something already booked is skipped, and no visit is ever used to invite the same person a second time.

  • They can stop the emails in one click

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and nobody has to sign in to use it. Stopping your emails doesn't stop anybody else's.

  • A free visit when they bring a friend

Each customer gets their own link. If someone new books with it and turns up, your customer earns a free visit. A booking on its own earns nothing, so a no-show costs you nothing.

  • One message if they stop coming

If a regular hasn't been back for much longer than usual, we send one message. How long we wait is based on how often they normally come.

6 features

Filling a quiet week

Discount codes and extras, for the weeks that need filling.

  • Make a code in seconds

Make one and share it wherever you like. There's nothing to set up.

  • Percent off, or an amount off

Twenty percent off, or ten off. Use whichever is easier for your customers to understand.

  • Set limits so it can't cost you

Set a lowest spend, so a code can't be used on your cheapest service. Set how many times it can be used in total.

  • Give it a last day

Pick the day it stops working. No code keeps running for a year because everyone forgot about it.

  • Switch a code off any time

Turn a code off and it stops working straight away. You can see how many times it has been used.

  • Offer extras at the booking

Offer extras alongside a service, each with its own price and how long it adds. Customers pick them while they book, so the diary knows the appointment is longer.

5 features

Your page and reach

One link that shows what you do, and the things that make somebody trust it.

  • Your logo and your colors

Your page uses your logo and your colors, so it looks like your business and not like a template.

  • Show your work and your team

Put up photos of your work and the people who do it, so a new customer knows what they're booking.

  • A QR code you can print

Put it on a card, a flyer, a sign or the side of your van. People scan it and book there and then.

  • One link for everything

Put one link in your bio, your texts, or a flyer. It's the only address you need to give out.

  • Answer the same questions once

Parking, payment, what to bring, how early to arrive. Write the answers once and stop typing them every week. We suggest the questions your trade gets asked. The answers are yours.

4 features

No-shows and late cancellations

Your terms, agreed before anybody pays, so a missed appointment doesn't cost you the whole price.

  • Your terms, agreed before they pay

Every customer sees your cancellation terms and ticks to agree before paying. The exact wording is saved on their booking, so there's no argument later about what was agreed.

  • Keep the deposit when they don't turn up

If somebody cancels late or doesn't come, you keep the deposit. They agreed to that before they paid rather than being told afterwards.

  • Mark a no-show and move on

Mark the appointment as a no-show and your totals stay correct. You don't have to work out what you kept.

  • Repeat no-shows pay in full

After a set number of missed appointments, that customer has to pay the whole price to book again instead of a deposit. Two is the starting point and you can change it. Nobody is ever blocked from booking.

When something goes wrong

Reporting a problem to us, and how quickly you hear back.

  • Report a problem from your dashboard

There's no email address to find and no separate site to sign into. Report it where you found it, and follow it until it's fixed.

  • The worse it hurts, the faster we answer

You tell us how much it's hurting your business. On a paid plan we answer anything critical within the hour, and anything high within four hours. Starter gets the same order, with longer times.

  • We chase it, not you

If we miss the time we gave you, your problem moves up the queue on our side. You should not have to send a second message to be taken seriously.

  • You can see every step

Opened, answered, passed on, fixed. The whole history is saved, so there's never any doubt about what was said.

  • We can see what you see, only if you let us

Support can ask to see your dashboard the way you see it. It stays shut until you say yes. You see who asked and why, it ends after a set time, and you can close it whenever you want.

What you get

All of it works on its own

Set it up once. These keep running whether or not you open your dashboard.

  • Customers who are due come back on their own. You set the gap per service, and anyone who keeps their own rhythm is invited on theirs.
  • Every booking takes a deposit on a secure Stripe page. It isn't a setting you can forget to switch on.
  • Customers pay on Stripe's own checkout, so their card details never reach us or you.
  • Set a commission rate per person and see what each of them is owed, tips included in full.
  • Every problem you report has a response time on it, and moves up our queue if we miss it.

All of it, from your first booking

Deposits, reminders, receipts, reviews and your diary work from the day your page opens. Starter covers one person and five services. Studio lifts both and adds automatic rebooking and packages.
