Glorious Nail World

Privacy policy

Last updated 26 August 2026

Glorious Nail World is a nail studio at 1234 15th St, North West. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us when you book. If anything here is unclear, or you want to ask about your own information, email us at example@gmail.com or call 240 540 2121.

What we collect

When you book with us we collect your name, your email address and your phone number, along with the service you chose, the date and time, and the technician you are seeing. If you tell us something in the notes, for example an allergy, a nail condition, or that you are pregnant, we keep that too, because it changes what is safe for us to use on you.

We use all of this to hold your appointment, to send you a confirmation and a reminder, and to know what we did last time so your next visit picks up where the last one left off. If you have agreed to hear from us, we may let you know when you are due again. Every message we send has a link that stops them in one click, and using it does not affect your booking.

Paying

Card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider, on a page they secure themselves. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe holds the payment record and we hold the booking it belongs to.

Cookies

Cookies are limited to what the booking page needs to work. There is nothing on our page that advertises to you or follows you to other websites, which is why you are not asked to accept or reject anything. When you reach the payment step, Stripe sets its own cookies there to check the card is not being used fraudulently. That is part of taking the payment safely and nothing more.

Who else sees it

The people who see your information are the technicians working here and the services we rely on to run: Enorabooking, which provides our booking system and stores the records, and Stripe, which takes the payments. Neither of them is free to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we never will.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for six years, because a payment record is something we are required to be able to show. Notes about your nails and any health information you have given us are kept while you are still a customer and removed if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will not charge you for asking. Email example@gmail.com and we will deal with it. If we are required to keep something, for example a payment record, we will tell you what and why rather than simply refusing.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will put the new version on this page. The date at the top of the page is when it last changed.
